Delivery Areas & Timing

• Manhattan — complimentary same-day delivery on orders placed before 1:00 PM EST.
• Brooklyn, Queens & nearby — next-day and scheduled delivery available at checkout.
• Nationwide — select dried and preserved collections ship via courier within the contiguous United States.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level. Same-day Manhattan delivery is complimentary on qualifying orders.

Our Freshness Guarantee

We stand behind every stem. If your flowers arrive damaged or fail to stay fresh for at least five days with proper care, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will replace the arrangement or issue a refund.

Returns & Refunds

Because flowers are perishable and arrangements are made to order, we cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to hello@rainmeterflowers.com and we will make it right. Non-perishable items (vases and accessories) may be returned unused within 14 days.

Failed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable, our courier will leave the arrangement in a safe place or with a neighbor or concierge where possible. We cannot be responsible for arrangements left as instructed. Re-delivery due to incorrect address information may incur an additional fee.
