These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rainmeterflowers.com and the products and services offered by Rainmeter Floral Atelier, LLC (“Rainmeter”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Because flowers are a natural product, exact stems, colors, and vessels may vary; we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style and color palette of your arrangement.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and delivery fees unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and update prices at any time. Payment is required in full at the time of order.

3. Delivery

We offer same-day delivery across Manhattan for orders placed before 1:00 PM EST, subject to availability, and scheduled delivery elsewhere. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details.

4. Cancellations & Changes

To change or cancel an order, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Once an arrangement has been prepared or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Rainmeter and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rainmeter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
